Yes! Notifications work in the background. Just make sure you've enabled notifications for MyWishly in your iPhone settings. Tap a notification to jump straight to that person's gift profile.
Yes! MyWishly shows upcoming holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas. You'll see them in your main view with a "Shop for Gifts" button.
Yes! One tap import for any contacts that have birthdays saved. Go to Add Birthday → Import from Contacts.
Send them a birthday request link! They fill in their info through a simple form, and it syncs to your app automatically. No awkward conversations needed.
Yes! You can choose to be reminded 30 days before, 7 days before, 3 days before, 1 day before, and on the day of. Mix and match however you like.
Tap "Ask for Gift Ideas" in someone's gift profile. This sends them an SMS with a link to a simple form where they can submit up to 10 gift ideas. Their ideas sync automatically to your app—they don't need to download anything.
You can browse gifts from Amazon, Etsy, Target, Walmart, and Saks. Tap "Shop for Gift" in anyone's profile and choose your store. Searches are filtered by their preferences and budget.
Each person has a Gift Profile where you can save their preferences (like "books, coffee, hiking gear"), budget range, shipping address, gift ideas they've shared, and a history of past gifts you've given them.
Yes! Add previous gifts to anyone's profile so you never give the same thing twice. Each entry can include what you gave, when, and any notes.
