Your birthday data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure SwiftData framework. When you share birthday requests with others, that data is temporarily stored on our secure servers to facilitate the sharing process.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Birthday information is only shared when you explicitly choose to send a birthday request link to someone.

Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

• Server access is protected by authentication and rate limiting

Your Rights

• Delete any birthday data from the app at any time
• Disable push notifications in your device settings

Wishly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
